What is the best DSLR on the market?
I have a Canon Rebel xs but I am looking to upgrade. I am looking at the T3i and the Nikon D3000 but I am open to other options (under ,300) What is the best entry-mid level DSLR?

Canon EOS 1000D/Rebel XS
Canon EOS 1100 D/Rebel T3
Nikon D3100
I’m making the switch from point and shoot to DSLR. I’m not a professional photographer but I want to take quality photos, preferably with video capablitiy but I know the Canon Rebel XS does not have it.
Even so, I’d like to know which of the 3 would be the best all-around camera. I’m not familiar with the photography terms but by "best all-around" I mean that the camera can capture
- decent/good motion/action shots
– detailed landscape shots
– clear night/city shots
– portrait shots
If you have other camera suggestions that are similar to those that I listed, then feel free to list them. But the budget is around 0.
Thanks!

With so many Entry-Level DSLR Cameras to choose from, which is the best one for a beginner photographer? The Nikon D3100/D5100 or Canon 1000D/500D/550D/600D? Hi Friends,
I’m looking for an entry level DSLR camera to have excellent photos.
I may not use videos that much.
My preference is to get excellent and detailed snaps.
From my research i noted that Nikon D3100 is the best entry level DSLR available.
Is this better than Nikon D5100 or any other Canon DSLRs.
As I said, I’m looking for HIGH quality photos not video recording.
Please share your opinion.
Thanks in advance.
In addition, my budget is less than 0.

So i’m a keen photographer. Less that a year ago i bought a digital camera that looks like a DSLR which films in 1080p. My parents talked me out of a dslr because i couldn’t film with ones in my price range.
Now, with jobs coming thick and fast, i have found that the Nikon D3100 seems to have everything i am looking for in a mid range camera which is what i am looking for.
Would this be a good camera to go for? Are they’re any similar models?
my budget is yet to exist, but i can say no more than £600. plus i dont want to be in need of a new lense not long after my purchase.
Thanks in advance
